Mr. Talal Al Zain is the founder and director of JISR Holding.
Mr. Al Zain previously was the CEO of PineBridge Investments Middle East and a member of PineBridge’s Global Executive Committee and Co-Head of Global Alternative Investments.
Prior to joining PineBridge Investments, he was a member of the founding board and the CEO of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, the sovereign wealth fund and investment arm for the Kingdom of Bahrain. Prior to Mumtalakat, Mr. Al Zain spent 18 years with Investcorp as Managing Director and Co-Head of Placement and Relationship Management.
Before that he was Vice President of Private Banking International and Head of Investment Banking Middle East with the Chase Manhattan Bank, Geneva. Prior to that, he was a corporate banker with Citibank Corporate Banking Division Bahrain focused on trading & manufacturing. Mr. Al Zain is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Islamic Bank and ALUBAF.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oglethorpe University as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Mercer University, Atlanta. He attended the Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.

Ahmed Al-Rayes
Ahmed Al-Rayes is an experienced investment professional and proficient leader. He has more than 18 years of investment and management experience. He worked with Ibdar Bank as a Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to joining Ibdar Bank, Mr. Al-Rayes was the Head of Academic, Islamic Finance, and Quality Assurance at Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). He established a vocational training center for a call center company, and he was the founder of Gulf Academy Aviation.
Mr. Al-Rayes holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bahrain and an MBA from University of Strathclyde at Glasgow, Scotland.
Hasan Juma, CPA, CIPA
Hasan Juma is an experienced banker with more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He worked with Ibdar Bank as Head of Asset Management and prior to that at NCB Capital as the Vice President in Alternatives Investment. Mr. Juma has extensive experience in different sectors; SMEs, Aviation, Healthcare, Trade Finance, Technology, Petrochemicals and Consumer goods.
Moreover, Mr. Juma is an investment committee member in a number of regional funds and investment firms. He is also a member of Advisory and Audit Committees in several banks.
Mr. Juma holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Hampshire, USA and a Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA) holder from the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI).
Bassam Kameshki
Bassam Kameshki is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over 15 years of both regional and international experience. His experience covers Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Advisory and Development Management.
Prior to joining Jisr , Mr. Kameshki was the Head of Real Estate Asset Management of AlSalam Bank Bahrain and before that Head of Real Estate of Ibdar Bank, where at both institutions he built a wealth of experience and track record.
Mr. Kameshki holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Bahrain and an MBA from University of Strathclyde at Glasgow, Scotland.
